I bought these wanting completely clear balloons for a project. The balloons were not completely clear. They were yellowed and when you blew them up they had a haze over them. I didn't end up using them because I was disappointed with them. I'll keep them around for the next party I have and just blow them up for the kids.

Great quality, nice and fresh. I use this for my needle through the balloon magic trick and it works well.
